Appearance: Dalita is a very well-figured girl, clad in curves. She is about 5'7", a gift she earned from her lanky mother and mother's mother. However, this weyrling could never be considered 'lanky', instead having a bit too much sway in her step to be called such. No, she is simply well-bodied.

Green eyes look out at you behind dark, klah-brown bangs - an interesting combination, to say the least, but it fits Dalita nicely. The rest of her brown hair falls over her ears thickly, covering up to her mid-back, and usually worn in a long, single braid. This helps frame her delicately-formed face, with slight dimples imprinting upon her face whenever she smiles. She has a lighter complexion, not quite pale, but close, and whenever she goes out into the sun, the green weyrling burns.

Personality: Dalita is certainly a piece of work. She is vain, terribly, terribly vain, and will check her appearance for hours on end, making sure that she looks absolutely perfect before going anywhere. However, it really doesn’t take much work on her part, as the candidate is lovely by herself. She just will not let anyone see her when she isn’t at her best, spare after a run in the furs. And even then she tends to take the same person until she bores of them, so not many know of her appearance before she has primed herself.

The candidate is an intelligent soul, and is a leader, no matter where she is or what she is doing….in some places where it is not common for a woman to take charge. Dalita is a born leader, and she knows what to do and when…although, there have been flaws easily seen in some of her plans, and a couple of her wondrous solutions have turned out much to be not as wondrous as planned…

When searched, Dalita decided that she had been chosen for queen candidacy. And the girl convinced herself that she would impress to a queen, no matter how long she had to wait for a golden egg. She didn’t care if she received a gold dragon. However, this was obviously not meant to be, and although impressing a green restricted some of her ambitions, she still hopes to go far.

History: Darnin was a weaver, and an accomplished one at that. Fairly popular in his own Hold, he was about to finally settle down, begin to make a family, when he met Tila. She was amazingly alluring, and drew him in, and while his infatuation quickly became love (or so he thought) the woman got bored.

And yet, right as she was about to leave him, move on to the next hold and meet the next handsome male, Ecla found herself to be pregnant. Some wouldn’t see it as an advantage, but this woman would milk it for all she was worth. It wasn’t a challenge at all to keep Arkal by her side, and as soon as she told him the news he was at her beck and call.

Finally, when she gave birth, Tila decided she had had enough. It was amazing she had escaped joining with the weaver, and she simply shoved the child off onto him and departed, leaving Darnin and never coming back.

This struck the weaver forcefully, as now he had a small girl on his hands…one that was quickly becoming the spitting image of her mother. And, even after what Tila did to him, he still loved her, poor soul, and spoiled the child like no other.

Dalita grew up quickly, listening to her father’s endless tales of her mother. However, Darnin said that Tila had sickened soon after her own birth, not wanting the girl to think the woman evil. So the girl grew up, not knowing her mother, not really being taught compassion by any, only finding herself to be adored by a father that would put all of Pern at her feet, if he had the marks. Hence, the cold demeanor she holds, and the way she thinks that she is the best on Pern. It really is amazing that there is a seed of compassion for her father, especially to herself.

Her father weaving her her best clothing, Dalita soon found that appearance was extremely important, and from that point on became amazingly vain, thinking that her eyes and hair were yet another thing to make her unique, make her stand out and become noticeable.
At 16 turns, Dalita was Searched, and traveled to Caioe, believing herself to be chosen for a gold egg. Taken aback when she saw there was none, the girl was about to refuse to stand, until she realized that she probably wouldn't impress anything lower than a queen, anyways. Extremely surprised when she saw a green near her, the girl would have made sure the impression didn't occur, but it was too late.

She isn't grudging that she impressed to Pireedith, instead believing that they will rise higher than any other pair of low-ranking riders, and that here is where she will find a finish to her ambitions.

Dragon's Specific Color: Green
Dragon's Appearance: A large green, Pireetith's wingspan is very well for one of her color, and although her body isn't as lithe as some of her clutchsiblings, she will be agile in the skies. Her body is perfectly in proportion, despite her size; even her tail and neck have stayed nicely sized.

A lovely forest green, Pireetith is mainly a uniform uniform color, spare the tip of her tail. There is almost a divider there, a line-like mark of bright green, that separates the rest of her forest green hide from the shade lighter. Barely noticeable, unless the green decides to flaunt it, the markings are particularly small and thin, and it is rare that anyone's inspection would include the tip of her tail.
Dragon's Personality: Vain, much like Hers, Pireetith is hurt often by the fact that her lifemate wouldn't want her. for this very reason, she scorns golds, believing them a waste of time, even if she has to obey their orders. However, when all is said and done, she is a fairly agreeable creature, loving to spend time with Hers…

And, in that time, is when her more…ambition-focused side comes out. She only wants the best for Dalita, and since the green weyrling wants to become the most respected greenrider in the Weyr – and on Pern – Pireetith’s intent is reaching that goal with her.
